La Vie is a very shady business. I went when they first opened and thought it was nice, but I was taken in by the pretty paint and fancy spa chairs. I never should have gone back, but I did.



Because they use an ELECTRIC DRILL to file back your cuticles and the files are not fully sanitized between uses you run the risk of get an infection if their inexperienced nail tech's should happen to cut you. Oh, and once they cut you, they just continue on as though nothing has happened. When you bring this to their attention they'll deny any knowledge of the occurance.



Another word of advice if you do choose to go.... get the person's name who works on you, because you'll need it when they screw up and hurt you. I don't know why this matters because their names are all made up Americanized names, but just do it.



This place is a disaster and should be avoided at all costs!!

I had gel tips but on. I had to go somwhere else to have them fixed. I thought they were good at first but....uh....no way. When i went to have them fixed, the girl said, you have them done at La Vie? I fix alot from there. My nails are not fully attached to the tip so I have to watch for fungus, the gel had thicker spots, she filed the top of my nail too much so now you see those red lines on the nail bed, AND she wasnt even going to clean up my skin that was stuck in the nail from the glue on almost every nail..but I asked. Other places you dont even have glue all over like that. AND noone is ever in there...ugh

I went in there for my sons wedding..They came after me like vultures,,I had this one do my nails.I had the acrylic nails..

Simple,Red with silver tip..I brought my own nail polish..

She was so rough and filed my nails down to almost the skin..They are still hurting.I paid her 35 dollars...

This is a relatively new place with some inexperienced manacurist...Whatya gonna do...
