I love el pan dulce de lucy's bakery, they have been here in Napa for more than 4 years with a great pastry and passing those reports every single time, so my question is for one failing report you are recomending not to go over there? FYI sometimes if you fail the report you fix the problem and you are fine and good to continue, if the problem is really bad they don't let you continue working, in that case you can make that kind of comments. Please be more carefull when you judge others. Look at yourself and your mistakes first and see if your friends will accept you with your mistakes or they will stop talking to you just because you made a mistake.
