Horrible. It may be a good place to sell your items but the owner/son or whomever he was that was working at the time was very insulting and is highly arrogant. I had a 1906 Indian head penny I wanted to show him, that year had mint errors/strikes and this man wouldn't even look at it and got impatient or something and said it's basically worthless. I tried to explain that some are worth 1000's but he wouldn't even let me explain. He even said with mint errors he doesn't even know anything about them. I showed another item I bought at at auction to see if it was an aquamarine, he said yes, then proceeded to tell me if I paid more than 20$ for it I got ripped off. It was over a karat medium grade and with shipping and handling it was about 50$. Throughout this 3 and a half minutes he was extremely rude and conniving, almost like I was wasting his time. So if you have coins to sell I wouldn't bring them here because I know more about them than he does. Twice I came in and both times he acted basically like a big shot. Rich entitled people usually act like this. I had more items but I had enough. I called and complained about his attitude and poor customer service and at the end of my speech he says "putting him down isn't doing anything but if you want I can help you out later.) Hmmm
