Provided by YP.comMy experience with the North Bay Regional Center began with Toni the receptionist claiming that "men" where not allowed in the front lobby at the receptionist window. What has followed since, has been a complete nightmare of hostility and discrimination by North Bay Regional Center Intake Workers, and Management.
