Poor Customer Service

We were in Napa Valley in June 2010 and had dinner on the Napa Valley Wine Train. As you board the train (like most dinner trains or boats), there is some one there to snap a picture of you and your party and you can purchase the photo after or during the ride. We did just that after our ride.



I asked if I wanted a reprint after we return home I was informed all I had to do was call (was given the phone number) and they could send me one or however many I wanted to order.



Well I did just that, called three times left three voice messages and to this date, I have not received a phone call. This is poor customer service not to even return the call, to acknowledge a customer.



This is poor customer service.
