Small winery with a knowledgable staff. We had to wait at the gate before we were allowed in, but they greeted us at the door with our first taste of what were some exceptional wines. Our tasting lasted an hour and a half. Learned as much about the family as we did about the wines which was both good and not so good. We did join their wine club while we were there. We liked the wines and the club benefits will come in handy. We would have liked to have seen more of the winery, and maybe met the winemaker, but we'll save that for our next visit. Supposedly they are due to open a second, less formal room this summer. We live in Marin, so we'll probably get back up to Napa before the Fall Crush (grapes and people).
