Beware of this inspection company, it's not a trustworthy company to do business with!



I had asked for moisture test against all my exterior stucco walls at my residence. I specifically requested for an objective test using non-intrusive probes and meter and was given a quote of $450. The inspector/owner (Ron Trowbridge) never took the probe measurement on any of the walls on the second floor level. Instead, he took a bunch of digital photos. How can you tell the moisture in the wall by looking at digital photos?



This inspector is a time waster, he talked about things that were irrelevant to home inspection to pass time and make you feel that you're getting your money worth. For all I'm concerned, he never delivered the service that I contracted him for!



I made a complaint to the inspector/owner, he just basically ignored me and took no action to resolve my dissatisfaction. I just wasted $450 and will never recommend anybody doing business with this company.
