I called Ambrose plumbing a week ago because I needed help fixing a leaky spigot in my garage. After watching several overly complicated "how to fix your..." videos online and a having an underwhelming conversation with a hardware employee about my problem, I finally decided to throw in the towel and call an actual plumber.



Mike was very thorough and quickly diagnosed the source of the leak by giving me instructions over the phone. I was happy to hear that he had the part I needed in stock and gave me a rather inexpensive quote ($95 dollars) total for the part and labor.



What really blew me away though (the reason I was compelled to leave feedback) is that: the technician (Mike) was on time, he was courteous, installed the part quickly, and actually charged me less than I was quoted.



Although my male ego was a little wounded that I called a plumber out for what appeared to be an easy fix, it was worth it to find a plumber that was affordable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable.
