Paid a lot of money to fix a problem on a 6 year old car (@ only 43,200 miles - I thought BMW's were supposedly "made to last") and the car still didn't pass emissions! I'm blaming the car, NOT the technician(s)

Kerry Cunningham was not over bearing, provided a very professional atmosphere and answered all questions. Finance tried to pressurize me, while signing paperwork, to accept a tire warranty that had to be signed immediately. There was no time to consider options.

Love our new MINI! We enjoyed working with Leo Martinez and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mini!

Can't say enough nice things about the staff in Naperville - they are always friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs....it's actually a pleasure having work done on the car - not a 'chore'. It's always nice to be recognized when walking through the door - the customer service level is outstanding. Thus the reason we chose to add a second Mini to our household!
