Couldn't ask for a better bunch of knowledgeable guys if you tried! Simply the best place to have your car repaired in the country!!

I had been going to this location for years. Brought my car in and had a radiator flush, a couple of weeks later my water pump went out. They were not able to repair the water pump due to lack of tools. I took the car back to the dealer and they repaired the car. After repairing the water pump the dealer found a part that car x had broken and after my car was fixed I took it back to Car x. I spoke to the manager Ian and he was suppose to call me back. It has been it has now been 8 days since and I had to call their corporate number. Only to find out that the manger lied to his boss about what he had told me and they will not make it right for a good customer. So that being said I will never go there again, and will tell others not to go there unless you want to be lied to

these guys are awesome. they always do work fast and comfortable. go the extra mile and fix the little things. but never upset you on further service. they are also very friendly and approachable.

I took the car in first thing in the morning and it was done mid-day for well under $200. My a/c fixed. For under $200. These guys are legitimately honest, knowledgeable mechanics.

The employees at Car-X are courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. Prices are always reasonable and I get the highest quality product and work for my money. Car-X is my go-to place for my car questions and repair & maintenance needs! Thanks Guys!!!

Car-X Auto Service crews great. They do the job right & there is no gouging. Just call and make an appointment & you'll probably get in the next day. Never had an issue with any of the work they've done and I've been going easily for a while now.

First thing first, they are nice, friendly, and honest group of guys. They have reasonable price and do outstanding job. I never had anything bad issues. The service is really good. They do their best to get you in and out. No matter what, but I always come here to get my oil change. I had bad experience with other shops and when I started coming here. I had this good sense that this is my shop where I get any tune-ups/major repair done on my car.

These guys were very helpful. I initially called and spoke with the manager about getting my car serviced including a flat tire and oil change. Not that the work I was having done was the most detailed or time consuming, but they did exactly what they said they would do in the span of a few hours and at an inexpensive cost. They was very friendly and seemed interested in assisting however they could.

I would like to recognize the excellent service I received from Car-X in Naperville yesterday. The manager was excellent and I will return for repeat business.

I would just like to let you know that I am very pleased with the service I received at the Naperville. The owner, and one of the tech took excellent care of me and my 2003 Honda Element. The front washer fluid pump had stopped working and I had been dealing with this problem for almost 2 weeks. They ordered the part and got me fixed in about an hour the day the part arrived! I just wanted to say thanks and let you know that you have a good team at this shop...see you next time.
