I do not recommend this salon. I got highlights and they fried my hair...it is coming out in clumps. Not a very experienced staff on color and highlights.

I was nervous going to a new salon to get my hair cut. Debbie cut my hair and did such an amazing job. The customer service was outstanding. Since it's such an upscale salon I thought they might be snobbish or rude. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have never ever received such outstanding customer service. I was greeted with warmth. The sweet woman working the front counter was absolutely polite and thoughtful. Then Debbie really listened to what I wanted in a haircut. She could have just passed me off to a shampoo person but she wanted to see how my hair was styled and what I was looking for before my hair was even touched. She took her time and explained everything she was doing and why. The conversation was intelligent and delightful. All of the employees were extremely stylish, very authentic and enjoyable to talk to. They could train people in customer service. And this is the best haircut ever. Worth every penny. I am moving and may never be a customer again, and knowing this in advance, they treated me like a queen. Debbie even recommended another Aveda salon close to where I will be moving. What an amazing Salon. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
