After shopping for 30 minutes with several items in my hand to purchase, I asked if my 8 yr. old could use the restroom. I was told I could drive down the street to McDonalds and use theirs. Really?!! I'm about to spend $100 in your store and you can't let my 8 yr old use the facilities?!? Poor customer service!! That is why there is no future for stores like this. I'll take my business online!!

On any given day you can hate or love this place. I've had feelings of both at times. I go to the store because there's not many other places like this around anymore. The customer service varies by day and staff. My main issue with this place is their attitude. They love to help moms with girls just beginning to dance (future repeat customers) and love to help the older athlete (bigger chance of sales) and seem to disregard those of us with younger school aged children who just need a few items. Don't we also need assistance?
