I had an appoiment @ suburban GI naperville..been waiting fot 45 m.. &i have an appoiment an hour eairler..had all my paper done w me.. Staff is soo lazy dont explaine any thing to u.went up to the desk, & asked how long more i should wait?? She went to the back & came back to let me kno i have to wait for another 30 m!!

Went in for the pre Dr. appt.. Staff is more intersted in watching game shows than tending to patients. Seems every room in the office has a flat screen with the volume turned up. Waited 45 plus minutes to see a Dr. and then was informed they are running 20 minutes late.

The entire staff is very caring and courteous. My wife was seen recently and received excellent service. Several follow-up calls both from the nurse and her doctor were received to assure that she was recovering well. Her speedy recovery, and overall health were obviously the main concern. My wife and I would highly recommend this practice!
