I placed an order with Mailbox Works on 5/3/11 for some mailbox name tags. The ordering process was a breeze and I even chatted with a rep who directed me to the right kind of tags I was looking for. Considering they were custom-made tags, I gave them some time to deliver.I called on the 18th wondering about the whereabouts of the tags and I was told it had been shipped on the 11th. I got a tracking # which confirmend that, but also stated it had been delivered on the 13th and then somehow undeliverable as of the 17th!Come to find out, after being charged on the website for FedEx shipping, the package was mailed via USPS Priority mail! I confronted them about this and they said the difference will be refunded. Today is the 25th and I still don't have the tags. The rep I spoke with got attitudinal saying she can't ship something she hasn't gotten back. Is it my fault they lied about the mode of shipping? Needless to say, I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from this company.
