Try to ask one simple thing from the staff and they are very arrogant. I tried to find out the results of a blood test and the receptionist said I had to make an appointment for this. I just wanted to know if the results were positive or negative, but they prefer to charge me to answer a simple question.The attitude of the staff was, "tough luck, make an appointment or too bad". Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is great! I came in with no appt, everyone was really nice and helpful. I was seen very quickly and the doctor was awesome! He really took the time with me! I even made it to work on time, since I was in and out in about 45 minutes!!! GO THERE!!

This place is great! I'm new to the area and got sick, this place was close, so with no appointment I went in. The staff was very nice and helpful, I was in and out in about 45-50 minutes. Dr.Mollohan was very nice and smart, he listened and answered all of my questions. He will now be my primary care. Seriously if you need a doctor this place is the best! Fast, efficent, clean, wonderful staff, fantastic and caring doctor!!

Dear Dr. Mollohan & Staff.. Thank you very much for the excellent care I received from you & your staff. I could not believe that I was in tp see the Doctor in 35 minutes. And out within 1 hour. Dr. Mollohan it's sure nice to know that there are still caring doctors out there that know how to treat a patient. I will gladly refer anyone to this clinic.

I needed a urgent care clinic on Sunday as i fell and hur and the t my knee. From the moment I entered the door I was greated immediately. They saw I was limping and came to assist me to a seat. Everyone I came in contact with at this clinic was very accomodating, caring and friendly. I was seen within 30 minutes by Dr. Mollohan and treated not only in a timely manner, but felt like they really do care. Thank you Dr. Mollohan & Staff for such a great experience while at your urgent care facility.. I will referl all my friends & family.

Teresa C.Really? Seems to me you had no complaint til after the bill Sounds like you had no problem until your statement arrived! What...buyers remorse? I have been to this clinic many times....they are always busy but still treat you friendly and quickly! Even in an urgent care situation! You receive a statement as courtesy because most insurances that are billed can take 60 to 90 days to pay!! The statement is sent so the patient is aware their insurance company is dragging their feet in paying the contractual obligation. Wake up Teresa!,, complain to your insurance carrier! Don't complain about the clinic.....they rock!!

dr mollahan and his staff have helped me, my kids, dad and uncles receive topNotch friendly and professional care every time go there. Whether its a common cold or a complicated cardiac issue our doctor has the answer. He's busy cause he's popular. He always takes the time to explain our instructions and faxes in our prescriptions. he speaks spanish fluently, is not biased against minorities and usually faxes in our medications. I have seen him get blunt with peolple requesting narcootics ... and his staff does expect payment at time of service ..but that saves us and him postage and phonecalls. I have worked in clinics and hospitals and I know that dr mollahan is head and shoulders above this areas primary care physicians. He even speaks directly to my kids and doesn't call me MOM.

Have to say that being from out of town, I didn't know where to go when my 6 year old started with a horrible cough from allergies, soon after we arrived in Naperville. my moms friend recommended this clinic and they were open on Sunday! Even with new patient paper work to fill out, we were in and out in under an hour!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly! The prescriptions were sent electronically;my daughter was given a 10 minute nebulizer treatment on site,a nebulizer to use while we were here and a care plan! What great place! Sure wish there was a place like this back home!
