This company sucks they make you pay for everything even a flat tire if u hit a deer an anything hey mess up you pay now they change their name to NRS pay good not going to lie but they take bake all the money on don't pay for most of the things. They a sing me a 2016 fraig... truck the AP unit wasn't working they tell me that they was going to take the truck to the Dealor after the truck come back the steal $734 Worth off stuff that I have on the truck DON'T WORK FOR THEN then they have you sign a thing saying you can't if you quit you have to pay them $1000 everything with this company cost you all your pay

GREAT COMPANY!!!! Been working here for 2 years cant complaints. Money is good and get to go home every other week. I go west coast and east coast. Keeps me busy and away from my wife.

Started driving for mpex 3-6 without a physical or drug test.Ipaid my own bus fair from north carolina to naperville ill to be picked up by a safety dept. rep. who then gave me keys to a rig basically without a application nor interview.I was then told by same safety supervisor that quote "I need you to do me a favor and take a another driver to a hotel then after dropping him off,..then sleep in the truck.'This struck me (a brand new employee as very strange) to say the least. After driving only a month for this company i found that the dispatchers routinely lie to their drivers and brokers.The shop mechanic mgr .is incompetent and the accounting department short-changes employees of earned wages.MPEX has a so-called ESCROW policy in place designed to deduct1 $ 100.00 dollars of every check from their drivers for truck/ trailer damages abandonments etc. but its main purrpose is because they know that eventually american drivers will find how petty and shady this foreign co. is and will demand payments for services mpex has NOT the funds to repay.They Threaten drivers with termination for driving routes that the company doesnt assign and for going through toll booths when not required. They bogusly deduct lumper fees from driver checks. I was recently fired by mpex for driving a truck ALEDGEDLY with no antifreeze . Do urself a favor-RUN from this company.
