I moved to the Naperville area about 6 years ago and I've used them ever since. I travel often for work and they are the only company I trust to be on time. Especially when I need a pick up for an early flight.

Naper-Dupage Taxi has been a horrible neighbor. in the past 4 years they have repeatedly and routinely run the stop signs in the neighborhood. We have many families with small children, people walking to and from work, and people walking their dogs. It's bad enough that it does not seem to be a matter of if, rather, when, someone is seriously hurt or killed.Today I was out on the driveway between 3-4pm when their white mini-van went right through the stop sign without slowing down. I yelled, "HEY". When he looked I pointed to the stop sign. He gave me the finger. I called the dispatcher again and was met with another fairly bored response. Myself and several neighbors have made calls to their dispatch center fairly regularly when it happens and are usually told that the supervisor will be notified. Apparently the "supervisor" does not care or has no control over the drivers because it never stops. (No pun intended). We are going to report this to the police and to the city. They m

I'm usually not unpleasently suprised when I deal with a small-Biz. And again I was was right. Very pleasent driver, showed up sooner than expected, cost less than estimated, and again arrived sooner than expected.

I stumbled across this taxi company on a bad day coming off the train, Already in a sour mood I was in no mood for another horrible driver from yet another useless cab company. Surprisingly the driver was awesome to talk with and he drove like a civilized human being. by the time my ride was over I was in a better mood and on top of that the fair was cheaper than I expected. Ive been using this company ever since and look forward to my trips with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is tired of over priced cabs that drive them around like drunken idiots, Ive never had a better experience with any other taxi company than Naperville Dupage Taxi.

I've used this company twice, and will never use them again.... They were 20 mins late, and the driver was saying it was the dispatchers felt, since he just gave the order to him..I Then paid with a Credit Card, which they billed twice, then trying to get my credit back was a nightmare. The Supposed owner was never around to credit my card back.. So I'd stay away from this company....

I live in florida and make trips to see Family in Dupage county. I always use Naperville Dupage taxi while there because they are friendly and provide the service you expect. They are there when you need them and get you to your destination in a timely manner. Their drivers are friendly and courteous and their cars have always been clean. I recommend that if you need a taxi in the Dupage county call them.

use them for airport and going into town, ontime, great service.

These guys promised to be at my address in 15 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called back. The guy that answered was rude and said his car broke down and he couldn't pick me up for another 20 minutes. I missed my train to Chicago. The taxi finally showed up an hour late and then the guy tried to sell me on taking the taxi to CHicago for $70. NO THANK YOU. Will Never use them again. RUE, UNPROFESSIONAL, TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.

i go to the bar alot and these are the best for picking me up. everyone is friendly

I've used this taxi service for over a year now. They're on time or I get a call letting me know when they'll pick me up. I ask you who takes the time to do this ? Naperville DuPage Taxi !

I now use only this company when I need a ride to or from the airport. They are always on time or early. Additionally, I feel comfortable with the character of their drivers--an important fact for a woman traveling alone.

The owner picked me up himself and the car was in great shape. Smooth ride and picked up on time.

I use Naperville Taxi at least once a week. They are always prompt and friendly. Usually when I call them no matter what day or what time they are there in about 10 minutes.

I used the naperville dupage taxis everyday from the Metra Station @ route 59 to my home on Mcdowell drive less than 6 mins in rush hour traffic for $7.00 a day . Today i call and they told me that it is a $10.00 minimum. A round trip on Metra to Chicago and back is $10.15. I notice that the driver didn't have the meter on and he had some type of log of the trips he makes and charges and he had $7.00 charges on it from metra. I know there has got to be some type of license issue when you do this highway robbery..............
