My mom goes to a lot of doctors appointments where she is staying. Unfortunately, I was told that they were not covered by Medicare or Secondary, and I was responsible to pay for the bills. All I can say is, they had the lowest rate and the nicest people picking up my mom. They checked her in and were the most professional service my mom has ever had, and believe me, she has had others. I understand that my mom is not the only person they service, but their people was on top of it as far as communicating with me etc. I would would recommend this company as well as a lot of the hospitals or Nursing homes in the area.

I was transported recently by this service and they had the most unprofessional staff members whose uniforms didnt even say if they were paramedics. Black uniform w/ a flag, and company logo. Security guard or cop or what? They wern't on time nor were thry friendly. Definatly a 0 for effort!
