I had an appointment, showed up, and the office was closed! No call and I lost my insurance benefits! I called on January 5th, and Rachel, the same person who booked my December appointment beginning of November, answered. Her response was that " we closed early and can I make a new appointment for you". I received no apologies and no further explanation, this is horrible front office service. Also, if you need any authorizations from your insurance, expect Rachel to get back to you in 2+ months as I experienced in June. I, although, had a great cleaning with Valentina, just wish the front office courtesy was better so I could have rescheduled.

I have been a patient here for many years with nothing but good things to say. Very friendly staff. Competent. Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service. Dr.Z and his staff are the best.
