I started experiencing severe pain in my mouth, and needed to find a new dentist quickly. I was very unhappy with my old dentist...in general, I'm very uncomfortable with dentists and doctors. I looked up dentists in my area (I had recently moved to a new town) and came across Riverwalk Family Dental. I looked up reviews for them, and they were great! When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was very helpful. I don’t have insurance, so we discussed different payment plans and what my options were. There was no wait when I arrived at my appointment. I was nervous at first (normal for me when going to the dentist!) but I was quickly at ease. Great atmosphere. The staff is really professional and friendly. They make sure that you’re comfortable, and they ask questions to make sure they understand the problem. They explain the procedures that they’re doing, even when it’s just cleaning teeth (which is a comfort to me – I like to be well informed). During my visit, the pain I was experiencing (before I made my visit) returned. Dr. Pasinski called me later that day to make sure that I was feeling alright. I received another check-up phone call the next day from my dental hygienist. I really appreciated the concern from the staff! I felt like a person, not just a patient who visits twice a year. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my visit, and I received so much more care than I expected! And, by the way – my pain is gone and I have my check-up scheduled for six months from now.

I wanted to say that if you are looking for a place to call your dental home. Riverwalk Family Dental is the one I would recommend hands down. Your experience there from the time you walk in to the time you leave will just amaze you. There is so much heart in this place. They make you feel like you are at home and not at a dental office.

My husband and I wanted everyone to know about Riverwalk Family Dental. I absolutely love this place. The Dentists and staff are amazing. Riverwalk Family Dental has so much Professionalism with just theright amount of compassion. My husband and I are both are very busy business owners with hectic schedules and when we come in we are seated right away. The doctors never leave us waiting in the dental chair. And as we all know time is such a precious thing to everyone. I am so glad that everyone there acknowledges that we are not just another patient with just time on our hands. They respect our time and I am beyond satisfied that Riverwalk Family Dental is my choice for our dental Care.

I had an emergency toothache and I was in so much pain and was at work when this toothache became unbearable. So, I went online and searched for dental offices in Naperville and came across Riverwalk Family Dental. So it was around 4:30 when I called and spoke with Diana. I explained what was going on and that I would be a new patient and I was in so much pain. Diana told me to come right away and Dr. Pasinski would be able to see me right away. When I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and you could see they really cared about making my visit as comfortable as possible. Needless to say I had to have a root canal and Dr. Pasinski did it that day right to get me out of my pain. I am so happy I decided to come here because now I have a new dental home.

My Family and I go to Riverwalk Family Dental in Naperville IL and I must say I LOVE this place. Everyone is so amazing, caring and such a delight to have as my family dental practice. Natalie is the hygienist there and she is great with kids. And as a mother it is such a relief to bring your kids to a dental office where you don’t have to worry about it becoming a very stressful event. I am glad that I found this place.

I met Dr. Jill at Veggie Fest and spent a half hour picking her brain about removing my mercury fillings. She was so kind and patient I knew this was where I belonged. I made an appointment right at the Veggie Fest booth. When I came in I was greeted warmly and offered tea or coffee. I had my teeth cleaned and 3 filings replaced that day. Because fillings are covered by my insurance- I only paid my co-pay. Best decision I've made about my mouth in a long time. Really like the office and everyone there.

I had a great experience at Riverwalk Family Dental. I have always been anxious going to the dentist in the past due to bad experiences. The staff at Riverwalk is very comforting and explained my treatment thoroughly and in a way I understood. I have referred many coworkers to Riverwalk and they too have had great experiences!!

The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean and attractive, and the overall service was great. They answered all my questions, provided gentle care, and now my daughter WANTS to go to the dentist!

Dr. Prendergast did a great job acclimating and examining a 2-year-old. After the visit she said she wanted to come back, and we will!
