Sculptures Naperville Review

I've been training with Linda at Sculptures since April and think everyone should have her as a personal trainer. I was feeling tired all the time, and had put on some weight - middle age spread - that I couldn't lose, despite what I thought was a good diet and exercise. From the first meeting with Linda, I could tell that she understood me, my goals and my struggles. She outlined a diet program and a fitness program tailored to me. She works me hard - but is not a drill sergeant, always monitoring my form, my exertion level, and is vigilant about avoiding injuries and overdoing. I'm now 1 lb from my original goal weight, I feel better, my clothes fit again, and I intend to keep going. Training with her is a pleasure - she is so nice, so supportive, encouraging and understanding that she just makes me want to work hard. I've never really been overweight and am fairly disciplined and in the past the pounds would just melt off. Now that I'm mid-50's it's just so much harder that this was what I needed to succeed. Instead of the 1 or 2 lbs a week I used to be able to lose, it's more like 2 lbs a month - but hey it's working! If you're at all thinking about using a personal trainer, I encourage you to give her a try. And her prices are a bargain.
