Provided by YP.comI went to this groomer only once and wish I had avoided the place from the get-go. My dog had white flakes on it's coat when I left the place. I wasn't sure if they just did a bad job of brushing her out or if they didn't rinse the shampoo out well enough. She never had that issue with other groomers. I washed her again after a couple of days and the white flakes went away, so I think it was a bad rinse job. I will never go back.

Provided by YP.comThe store was dirty, and smelled bad. I wouldn't have even left my dog there, but my son dropped him off. The owner claimed to have done the dog, but the hair was all uneven, and he had gotten fleas, which I didn't realize until much later when they were all over my house. I will be searching for a groomer in one of those vans to come to the house from now on.
I am very suprised to see these comments about a dirty facility. I have many customers that comment on how it doesn't even smell like dogs when they enter. Keep in mind on busier days we do accomidate between twenty to thirty dogs. We are very diligent about cleaning and sterilizing after every dog. We also have very extensive procedures to deal with fleas when we encounter them. We require flea baths for any dog found with fleas and the entire shop is sprayed down with a frontline spray. We also use a green flea repellant on every dog that enters our facility that day to ensure they are not taking home any unwanted guests. I strongly recommend before taking your pet to any grooming, vet, or place they may be encountering other pets you use a flea preventative product like frontline or advantage. Fleas can be picked up from anywhere including your own back yard.

Provided by YP.comI've taken my dog to several grooming shops in the naperville/lisle area and they all did a mediocre job, however this grooming shop was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful with all my dogs needs, timely, and very friendly. My dog used to come back from grooming shops terrified, but after going to Sudzy Puppy she comes back energetic and playful. 5 STARS!!!
