This place was horrible. I took my son there for testing. They did a horrible job. I did not have much contact with them at all. They said that they were willing to work with both of my insurances. They took the BCBS but when it came time to deal with Tricare. They totally would not deal with Tricare at all and clearly stated that they give a big enough discount on the BCBS end of things that they are not willing to take what Tricare is willing to pay. Greedy bastards have money on their mind and not the kids best interest at heart! Be warned!!! Don't let them lie to you. They won't release his report of any of his testing or anything of that nature until they are paid what they want to be paid!!!

Impossibe to work with. Went in for a consult to evaluate their service for my child. Doctor was personal enough, but when we found that they were no longer in our insurance network, we notified them that we'd not be moving forward with using their services. First, they bill for 100% rate without any submission to insurance which even out of network would have knocked down the rate to a reasonable and customary charge, secondly, they have the worst billing department who work 9-12, 1-3 Monday thru Thursday, and never answer their phone to get the issue resolved.

After calling 3 times and failing to reach their billing department or get a call back, I left it be.



6 months of no return calls from them, then they sent the bill to collections, again at the full rate. Then they pull some BS form out they force you to sign before stepping foot in the door that they claim they have a right to collect and bill your credit card at will.



Next stop, a call to the Illinois consumer protection bureau. They are a complete fraud and scam shop. Plenty of good providers out there who would work within reasonable insurance and billing guidelines rather than trying to bilk anyone coming thru the door for a couple hundred bucks to spend 30 minutes tellng you how they can "help"

This is a horrible place, I sent my son to their group therapy last year. The social worker apparently has no skills to work with either kids or the parents in the group. The whole movement pace was odd. I was trying to communicate with the social worker that her program is not suitable for my son. Then she responded to me that is because my son didn t try to engage in the group. If my son has the right social skills, then he doesn t need to attend that session. She is just trying to get away of her responsibility. Then after we dropped out of the group, they charged me more than what they promised me before the group session starts. I called their billing office to try to correct the number, they told me they will send me a corrected bill, which never happened. After over one year, I received a mail from the collection agency for the unpaid money ( I have no clue if the number has been correctly or not). The whole process just indicated how ineffective and inefficient this org is running. This is a totally ill operated associates with a group of incompetent and unprofessional specialists there. If your kids need professional help, try some other places. I give it a one star since this is the lowest I can go. Otherwise, they dont deserve anything.
