From day one of our project it was a disaster. We were installing an inground pool. They dug the hole in the wrong spot, they removed brick that was supposed to be reused for the project, and then charged us for all of the new brick...my husband had to call them daily to ask when they were going to be working on our project. They had over booked themselves and our project kept getting pushed to the side. We had our entire back yard in shambles for an entire summer. They rushed to finish the job and did not put a stop valve on the heater, so the heater was ruied within two years (typical time for a new heater to last, that is PROPERLY installed is 10 to 15 years!)!!! The brick work that they did is NOW sinking terribly! When we called them about the heater, they said that it was our fault for using too many chemicals! We had another company come out and they said that there was no valve installed and that is what was causing the chemicals to wear away the new heater!!! I have called numerous times to get the situation rectified and get the run around every time!!! PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!!
