Anthony came out to look at the leak we were having with our tub. He explained things clearly, answered any questions I had, and overall made it a very easy experience. I highly recommend these guys!

I found Turbo Tubs while experience issues with my hot tub. Jay and staff, even though I had never met them, and didn't purchase the hot tub from them helped me diagnose and self repair my hot tub. I find that to be above and beyond in today's world! I would suggest anyone looking for repair or purchasing ahot tub, check them out!

I have been a customer of Turbo Tubs for several years. Jay, the owner, has always gone above and beyond to help with my hot tub needs. He is extremely knowledgeable as to how to solve any problem I may be having and is always willing to answer any questions. He is also great about making suggestions to get the best use of my hot tub. The hot tubs they carry are phenomenal and the customer service is excellent. I love being a Turbo Tubs customer and will continue to so long as I continue to have a hot tub.

Terrible service! Service team scheduled to come anywhere from 1-5. Very rude when I called at 4:45 to ask if they were still coming. Finally called me at 6:15 to reschedule for the next day, then never showed up and never called to apologize or reschedule. Apparently they have enough business and don't need any more.

After failing in all attempts to get my Arctic spa serviced here in the western suburbs, I called Turbo to find out if they would. They said no problems so I called to set up an appt. While my only complaint is that I received no phone call on the day of service in which they had to cancel, I am very satisfied with the overall results. Having been in the industry 25 years, owner Jay is very knowledgeable about the entire market and repaired my Arctic as if he sells them! My tub is up and running again; although I now have a heater problem (no fault of theirs).

Don't bother with this place. May be a good place to buy a hot tub, but getting them to service it is next to impossible. Jay does not return phone calls and once you do get them to schedule an appointment they require a credit card to hold it. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option

Bought a Tahitian in 2006. Middle of this winter the lines froze secondary to sensor malfunction. Once lines were thawed, they came out and fixed everything up good as new. Just had service call for heater not working. Service came on appointed time and fixed the problem in no time. (apparently had voltage spike from Com Ed that burned out a circuit board) All service was under warranty.

We have had a nice hot tub for several years which is in great shape yet it requires maintenance from time to time to be in good, safe operating conditions. Turbo Tubs has helped me at their store with supplies for our hot tub, as well as they sent someone out who actually knew the problem once he turned the tub on when we couldn't figure out what was making a high pitched noise.



Turbo Tubs has beautiful new tubs we love, and the Pool one I love, they service and supply us with all our needs, our tub is still in good/great shape, we know they are professional and we are pro safety on these, Turbo Tubs is very accurate, timely and knowledgeable in service and parts.



For safety, knowledge, great service and great Hot Tubs, Turbo Tubs in Naperville is the best!
