We visited this coffee shop at 9am on 10/29/10. There was a long line and we joined the end of it. Waited for about 10 minutes. There were 2 registers but only 1 employee working on one of them. We were next in line when another employee went to the other register and the person behind me jumped the line and got served. Upon complaint, this employee snapped "we are understaffed...OBVIOUSLY". She was rude and sarcastic. We were not sure what the comment had to do with her mistake, but anyway... Eventually we got served but the other employee who was very slow and could not get the order right. It had to be repeated several times. Another customer in line said when the owner is away the place always goes downhill. One other customer there said don't ever give these people a credit card as payment because he doesn't trust these people.Eventually, after 30 minutes I finally got my order. The girl who cooked the food was ok, but the others... useless! I will never return back there ever ag
