The owner is a crook and lier. Don’t ever use them bc all my property is missing my id ect they quoted me a price and said it would be only 40$ more if I come the next day. I did and he charged over 500$ , for less than four days. When I tried to explain what we verbally agreed on he started cursing and screaming threatening to call police bc I wanted to know what had changed in ten hours of our verbal agreement of price. It’s Xmas time and I have struggle like everyone and for him to steal and lie and take my only money for Xmas for my family. I never have been treated like that by a grown man. He knew he could say whatever he wanted bc he had my car and I had no choice but to spend my family’s Xmas money. I don’t know why the police department would use a crook to serve the public. I’m sure others have complained about what a Scrooge he is. I didn’t choose him. I asked if my friend could tow it bc he woulda charged 100 not rob me after I went through what I went through. Everybody involved and used them to tow car and not let you call your friend is a scam and this man made me give him all my Xmas money
