After posting my first review, I received a call from Tracy Hanchey (?sp) identifying herself as the West Florida Manager and leaving her contact number as 813-217-3102 and asking me to call her to discuss my issues with the Naples store. I called her yesterday morning and left my contact info and asked her to call me to discuss this matter and as of over 24 hours later I have heard nothing. Clearly, she must be the root or contributing to the inept management of tne Naples store. Ther service in Naples is an embarassment to Apple, Corp. Apple needs to come in and clean house, starting with Tracy, all store managers, assistant managers, and the horrible repair staff.

If you want a lesson in how to provide horrible service and offend customers just come to the Apple Store at Waterside Shops. They will give you an honors course in dishing out the "We are Apple and you are lucky we give you the time of day" attitude. Your overpriced laptop broken and in need of service? Just take time out of your schedule and make an appointment 2 days in advance to talk to a Genius and if (s)he is in the mood, MAYBE you will be permitted to drop off the computer for repair. But remember, the "Superior" Apple employee is ALWAYS in control and in charge of you. After all, the Apple employee knows what you need and when you need it. The customer only thinks they know what they need, but the Apple employees always know best. Apple is becoming Microsoft. BEWARE!!!!

I was vacationing in Naples when I noticed that my new iPad wasn't able to charge using the AC adapter. I brought in my iPad and charger and they swapped out the A/C plug in less than 5 minutes. I was also greeted at door and also acknowledged on my way out. Stellar service!

Went to the store today to look at buying an iPad, they were sold out. Asked a sales rep if he knew when they were going to be getting some more, his answer "No idea and if I knew I wouldn't tell you anyway". They guy, shoulder length curly hair, was being a complete douche. He thought he was Gods gift to apple. The store needs some retraining for its sales reps. I have been to other apple stores and have had no problems at all. Even if he couldn't tell when a shipment was coming in he could have done it in a different way. The attitude was not needed.

I agree with the "Worst Service Imaginable". I've had experiences with other Apple stores and this one is the worst. I called the store early to ask a quick question. I was placed on hold for a long time by Evona. After wasting a lot of cell minutes on hold, I hung up and called back. Evona answered again and quickly placed me back on hold. My question didn't get answered. Evona should have followed through with getting an Apple representative on the phone who could answer my question. Instead by Evona answering the phone and just placing me back on hold shows her lack of care for Apple's customers. This store needs customer service training! Apple send some of your employees from the Polaris store to teach the Waterside store how to operate a business and give great customer service all the time.

Everytime I come down to Naples I visit the Apple Store at Waterside Shops! They have all the latest Apple gadgets, they are always helpful and the management cares about their customers. You can see by the way the store is run.

This store is absolutely the worst Apple Store in the country. Saturday I dropped my computer off for repair. Sunday morning I was called and told the problem was a bad power supply and the repair was convered under Apple Care and the part would be ordered Monday morning. Today (Tuesday) I got a call from a repair tech (no name given) stating I had not returned their calls authorizing them to order the part since the computer was out of warranty. I have my cell call log and nobody called me. After 10 minutes on the phone doing this inept guy's job for him, he determined it was covered and said the part would be ordered. I thought about it and called back to request a manager to complain and got Ryan Hall who gave me the worst customer service I have ever had and hung up on me!!!! I called back and got another manager Nick, who refused to give me contact info for the district manager. I have been to this store before, and the staff always seems to have attitude. My advice: STAY AWAY!!!
