9/1/15 purchased a sofa at the Arhaus Naples. Was to be shipped within 6 weeks. Arrived 12/23/15. Immediately noticed the chaise cushion did not sit properly. Distinct slope towards the arm, leaving the user to slide sideways. Contacted salesperson & was told to call client services. CS arranged for an independent furniture service to determine if the sofa was damaged. Contractor called me within 4 days. He spent a half hour pounding the cushion, viewed it with a level and informed me the cushion springs were collapsed.

Told Arhaus would contact me within 5 days. Two weeks later, no call. Contacted them, explained the situation to unsympathetic employee who in a bored voice informed me that because the structure was sound wasn't certain she could do anything. Reminded her the issue had been reported within 2 week grace period & what about the warranty on this $5,000 sofa. She said she might consider replacing the cushion.

Still do not have a replacement cushion as of 1/16. Service?
