I have been taking my Shitzu mix for grooming for a year now and I have nothing but compliments for Ron and his associate. This is always a great experience. Friendly, polite, and terrific service and reasonable pricing. My 2 neighbors recommended his grooming salon.

I’ve had the same problem with my dog; she had razor burn on the side of her face. I noticed her scratching two days after the groom; I took my dog to the vet and he told me that it was a razor burn, but my vet said it’s not uncommon. Its not really a burn, but more like an irritation from being shaved. I had a standard poodle, she had the same cut for years, but her skin just became more sensitive on her face. My vet said its not uncommon, but I have to say I was upset and called the owner right away and he did Apologize and offer to pay for the vet bill or give me a free groom I took the free groom. Mr. Ron said it would be best to not go so short on the face. after that I never had any problem. My poodle passed away in Januaery I now have a mix breed that dosent need so much grooming, but I take her there to get her nails cut. I like all the groomers and Ron is always so polite,I have two friends that take their pet to Mr. Ron I always recommend them to everyone.

My dog was burned from the clippers used by this groomer. It's not possible to notice a burn right away because of a dogs fur. Her hair on her face fell out days after it happened and revealed a burn that was beginning to scab over. It was a little bigger than the size of a quarter. I asked Ron, the owner if I could talk about it with him. When I arrived he wasn't there, and a woman spoke for him. She said they hadn't groomed my dog in over 3 months. She said there was no proof they were responsible! I told her the records they had were not accurate. She asked why I didn't come in right away and I said burns don't show up right away. She basically called me a liar. NEVER take a pet you love to this groomer
