Amy Votta(ARNP) is too lazy to fill out Prior Authorization forms for a new drug for me(DHEA) or any other drugs! She does't care about my well being. She was an hour late for my appointment. She said she'd make an exception for DHEA but never faxed in the form. Nurse Marge repeatedly fails to refill my prescriptions and when I call the front office about this, office staff is rude, interrupts me, argues with me then hangs up on me. I recommend ALL WOMEN TO GO ELSEWHERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT THIS OFFICE This is an INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!
