Kristin is very personable. I'm not the smartest at figuring out things when it comes to technology. She explained everything at my level and helped me immensely. I would definitely call her again.

My computer told me I had a virus and I was unable to do anything. Coastal Technology Concierge helped me fix the problem and I haven't seen the message again.
