The customer service is great! You feel as though you have been friends with them for years. Their workmanship is next to none...flawless. I went to a local repair shop to have my Macbooks fan connection soldered back onto the board and was told it would be around $280 and about 3 hours of work, I then went to Computers repair and more and it was nearly free and done in a few minutes.
