Professional and competent, Jon fixed my laptop in a very reasonable period of time. I brought my 7-year old Toshiba laptop in which would not boot. He knew exactly what to do, got it going, cleaned up some viruses which I didn't even know where on it. He kept me up-to-date on the status and it was ready when he said it would be. He was reasonably priced and didn't gauge a tourist. We are frequent visitors to Naples and would use him again. Thanks for taking such good care of me, Jon! Ghislaine and her driver, Cape Cod, MA

My laptop computer wouldn't turn on and 4 different technicians that I knew from work and the neighborhood said my laptop was a lost cause. I was heart broken because I thought I'd lost pictures of my daughter who is 7 months old. I took my laptop to Computer Help USA and both Mike and Paul worked on it and were able to save my pictures. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I was to their effort and personal attention. To say I was distraught is an understatement!.I will recommend you guys to everyone I know. Three times I tried this operation. 2 yeras ago when they blew an operating system re-install, and just recently I went back again. Figured everyone deserves a second try. They changed out operating system, and managed to remove my entire address book in the process. Called it a "glitch" or corruption the Outlook Express system.Never brought it to my attention, and never caught it. I went home to discover this gone when I needed it badly for business. After considerable research with three well credentialed techs, that explaination did not hold water. When I asked if they thought the price of nearly $400.00!! was fair given what they did, the owner said "yes". Take your money and your valuable data elsewhere.

I've traveled high and low -- from the mountains of Bishop, California to the Seattle's Puget Sound. Yet I've never encountered a computer store staffed by such wonderful, tech savvy, customer-focused individuals as Computer Help USA. I drove cross country recently in a laundry truck that a friend named Bob Boring had converted into a mobile home on wheels. It had all the amenities, including an archaic HBO device that wound up settling into the nether regions of one of my Toshiba Satellite laptops, creating a 3-inch wide hole in the Toshiba, which subsequently became wet from the greasy detritus lining an old frying pan I'd borrowed from an old girlfriend named Linda French. Lo and behold, Jon Levin told me that he could fix what I thought was a mortal wound. Of the greasy detritus, Jon said: "It's Gotta Stop!" Well, wouldn't you know it -- Jon and his lugubrious staff managed to fix my computer. I was so grateful, I kissed the ground upon which Jon walked. I have to tell you

I'd brought my dead laptop to 3 other shops in Naples only to be told that my laptop was not worth repairing. The people at Computer Help USA not only did they repair my computer, they did it for a very reasonable price. I love these guys and I swear I'll never go anywhere else. It took a while but I've found a place I am comfortable with!
