Quick summary:I was an exceptional tenant for 2 years, paying $2200 monthly on time, very clean, etc. etc. When my lease was up, I was in a position to buy in another area. My Landlord, who happened to be a real estate agent who "specializes" in rentals....owned the house I had been renting. When I moved out, she sent me a letter stating that she was keeping my full deposit of $2200 to pay for....get this....cleaning the grout, painting etc. So, I contacted Mr. Davidow and after doing some research, he uncovered that she unlawfully deposited my deposit check 2 years ago and also sent me the certified letter conveniently leaving important information out! So Mr. Davidow sent her a letter with a deadline to return my deposit. I received the check in the mail within a few weeks! I highly recommend Mr. Davidow if you want someone who will get results and is very professional and easy to work with.
