Excellent dentist front office person should be looking for employment elsewhere

The Doctor is a very good dentist. His chair side assistants are terrific.I have chosen to no longer use this office for my routine dental needs.The young lady who runs the front end is a very moody, nasty person who never cracks a smile. The Doctor does see how she handles the patients coming in or making payments.This person is a true liability to this practice. Their must be a kind person with a genuine smile and who likes servicing people available to replace this mean spirited young woman. Sorry Doc!

Collections after 10 years?

I can't believe your office would do this to us. We were patients of yours ten years ago approximately. You now invent an invoice that says we owe you money? Absolutely not true. You stopped accepting out insurance so we had no choice but to leave. I will never recommend you to anyone if your office is that unethical.
