I took my business to Robert Baker after speaking with him on the phone about tinting my 2011 F350 Reg cab. Shop in complete disarray, uses the top of the attic as his trash bin, no seating any where. Robert seemed friendly enough, we talked as he worked on the window tints. Upon inspecting the front doors, I inquired about the severe bubbling on the windows edge and what look like dirt. He assured me that it would work itself out over the course of a few days to a week. I had told him I wanted it right, exact words, "I don't want to come back in a week to have you fix this because it isn't right." He stated it would be fine.

Issues: Trash inside the bubbles of the tint, tint does not match the glass, (supposed to be machine cut), severe bubbling in window tint itself.
I took it to the carwash to get the vehicle detailed three days after the tinting. Manager informed me that the Ford did a bad tint job, I asked why he mentioned that, (truck still has the paper plate on it), he then pointed out the trash and bubbling on the windows. I told him that Eclipse Tinting performed the work and I would contact Robert to get issue resolved.

I drove to the shop where tinting was done, on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, three days later, no one at the shop. Called the number and explained who I was, Robert proceeded to act like he had never done business with me, (how many Black F350 DRW trucks could he possibly do in three days). He refused to refund my money, meet me at the shop on Sunday to make it right. I work Monday through Friday, I do not have the luxury of taking off work. I had told him before I did not want to come back because it wasn't right.
He informed me I would not get my money back and hung up the phone.
Another thief taking people's hard earned money. A RIP OFF.

Please don`t do the same mistake like me.
3 Years ago I bought a car and I made the decision to tint my windows and for that I went on Groupon and bought a package from Eclipse .
They did the job , but I did not get a receipt or a warranty paper ,they said if something happens just come back and that they have I don`t know what stickers under the foil ..(big LIE)
3 years later my back windshield is all bubbles and looks really bad so I called them and guess what?
They said to come with the warranty ..Which one?? If you don`t give one please don`t ask for one .
If not they can replace it for 125 or something like that when I initially paid 110 for all the car back and front.
DON`T TRUST THEM.
Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Have had two vehicles done, my 2nd vehicle has the film bubbling on the front window, have called 6 times leaving 3 VM's, I guess it's my fault the film is coming off my front window. Go any where else in Naples, paid good money for sorry work, now can't get a recall for to get my window fixed. Be smart don't go to them. They don't care about customers.

Had my 2012 Infiniti g37 tinted by Eclipse and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Made the car look even sleeker! Would recommend to everyone.

Eclipse did the slider windows at my house and it turned our better then i could have imagined. I printed a coupon from their website www.windowtintingfl.com which saved me some money. i would suggest everyone to give Eclipse a chance.

I bought my daughter a new camry for her 18th birthday. i bought her a gift certifacte for window tinting from Eclipse and they did an amazing job.
