I PUT AN ORDER IN ONLINE AND TO PICK UP AT STORE THE DRIVE WAS 45 MINUTES WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID THE HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS ..IT SHOULD OF TOLD ME WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE READY FOR PICK-UP ONLINE I COULD OF ORDERED IT FROM AMAZON AND GOT IT NEXT DAY AT MY FRONT DOOR FOR FREE BUT MOTORSPORTS CHARGED ME ANOTHER $10.00 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED WHEN IT COMES IN THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THAT COULD BE

I bought a new elite scooter 2010 while still under warranty the starter began making a terrible noise and would not engage.I would have to keep trying to start it n4,5,6,times before it would engage. Honda said they fixed it .replacing a washer. N/C. next day same problem I brought it back. they had it for a month . this time they said they replaced the starter and that the spoke to the big hjonda repair man and was told tha was a common problem to that scooter and it is nothing to worry about. N/C STILL WON'T START AND MAKES A HORRIBLE GRINDING NOISE, I HAVE ALSO MET 3 OTHERS WITH THE SAME SCOOT AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PROB LEM. COULD BE THE SERVICE DEPT.

Don't buy the service plan. A total rip off. When they sold me the "prepaid" service they told me I would need my valves adjusted. then when i tried to get them adjusted they told me not until 40,000miles. Then when I brought in the bike they told me I don't need the card so when I thru the card out I didn't see an expiration date on it. If you do the math just pay as you go. I also got some pretty terrible service, bike back dirty, problem not fixed etc. If you go to the other coast you'll save $1,000-$2,000 on the cost of the bike.

Customer service is horrible. Wont buy anything here again.
