I switched my service to Germain BMW with the last car I bought because of George Donavan . He was my service rep with 2 cars I bought before and he’s been excellent. He makes sure all your needs are taken care and that you’re satisfied.

George Donovan has been out service advisor for 3 years and always helps enormously with his advice and recommendations. He represents Germaine and BMW superbly!

Charles Griffith at Germain BMW is an A # 1 service consultant. Knowledgeable, personably and always ready to assist.

We just moved into the area and had our car serviced for the first time at Germain BMW. Being new to the area, we didn't know any of the Service Advisor so when we scheduled our car for servicing, we went with "Any Advisor" and boy were we lucky that Charles Griffith was assigned to us. Chuck was professional, courteous and personable. He made us feel welcome and we felt an immediate bond with him. We highly recommend that if you ever have your car serviced at Germain BMW in Naples, Florida you choose Charles Griffith as your Service Advisor.

I have worked with the service Dept. at Germain BMW for several years as while coming to Naples as a snowbird from Ohio. The service dept. has always been their to help with the 2016 BMW I was driving. When the time came to shop for a new car Germain was at the top of my list. Kevin Higgins was came highly recommended so I made an appointment and the rest is history. I leased a 2022 BMW X3 M40 through Kevin and my wife and I are very happy to have had him to work with. He is one of the best Advisor’s in the business and he guided us through the process very well. We recommend him highly.

The nicest customer service department we have ever dealt with. Rhoel Gray is fabulous. He's been our service department coordinator for years and is the reason we continue to drive BMWs.
