Provided by YP.comFormally requesting that our membership at the Naples YMCA be cancelled as of today and we request reimbursement for days of membership we have not used.
This membership cancellation is a consequence of extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided at your facility as well as the rudeness demonstrated by multiple staff members. Despite repeated attempts in requesting services, the Naples YMCA has refused to deliver satisfactory services.
It seems that the organization is more interested in promoting certain business interests rather than in serving the community.
This is an extreme disappointment to us and a negative reflection on The YMCA.

Provided by YP.comThe equipment is poorly set up and they cheaped out on the equipment. Painting the ceiling black has made it dank and dark. The place is filthy/machines. No floor stanchions with alcohol wipes. The alcohol wipes are central in gym but this means a member must walk a 100feet in some cases I've never seen an employee dedicated to wipe down machines which is common at other It's.
Child watch is excellent and people are friendly.

Provided by YP.comWe love it here! Staff is always smiling and happy to answer questions. There is something for the whole family! They host a lot of different familiy activities and offer free classes each month. We love the ymca!
