My experience was terrible. I felt horrible when I left. The owner was angry because I came back to get my dog and she was not finished with him. She was so angry at me her face was bright red and was yelling at me and very rude. I understand that the dogs get anxious when they see the owner walk in or hear their owners voice. I don't know this groomer, I'm from out of town. So of course I checked on my dog to see if he was finished after an hour and half. All she had to do is suggest that she would call me when she was finished and let me know my dog was okay. My dog is a 12 year old gentle maltipoo. He has never been a problem. Groomers usually tell me how well behaved he is. I won't go back! If she is that angry at me, how does she treat your dog when your not there! Think about that before taking your dog there.
