However, we all experience joy, sorrow, love, betrayal, success, failure, pride, shame, inclusion and alienation… Coaching allows you to look into your thoughts, emotions and actions and come to choose those that bring out your best. Break habits that cause distress, create habits that lead to success, whether in relationships, self-awareness, or in your career. My coaching is a goal oriented program with you in the starring role. We work together, as a team, to break those chains that bind your current position. I use two primary approaches to life, career and performance coaching including Cognitive Behavioral Coaching and Biofeedback. We can also include biohacking into our sessions as appropriate.
