I WITTNESS THE WAY DAVID JONES TREATS ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES,AND IT WAS NOT NICE.I DONT EVEN BELIVE THEY KNEW I WAS THERE AND LISTENING TO EVERYTHING.DAVID JONES WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO HIS EMPLOYEE,AND WAS EVEN SCREAMING AND SAYING BAD WORDS TO HIM.THAT COMPANY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL .I WOULD NOT LET A COMPANY LIKE THAT COME INTO MY HOME.AND I HOPE THAT BY ME WRITING THIS OTHER PEOPLE WOULD READ THIS AND REALIZES THAT THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE.

Company is honest, to the point and fair!‎‎ I have lived in Naples , fl my whole life and It was sooo refreshing to receive that 'old fashion' customer service Jones AC & Electric. Remember when use to except it amazing Service, now we are excited when we receive it! Tech was a good guy, efficient, to the point, REALLY just amazing service from Jones Air conditioning and electric! I feel like I was treated like a friend of Jones, or a Loyal customer! Sooo Impress had to write a review..."if you need service on your AC call Jones Air Conditioning and Electric!"

SINCE I MOVED TO NAPLES FOUR YEARS AGO I HAVE ONLY USED JONES AIR. I GOT HIS NAME FROM A BUDDY OF MINE AND HE PUT TWO SYSTEMS IN MY HOUSE AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE CHECKS THEM TWICE A YEAR , AND DOES A GENERAL MAINTENACE WHEN HE VISITS,

AND SO FAR NO PROBLEMS, I COME FROM PALM SPRINGS IN CALIFORNIA, WHERE WE GET 120 DEGREES.

AND DRY WEATHER. SO WHEN I MOVED HERE I NEW NOTHING ABOUT MOLD, HUMIDITY AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS THAT GO WITH FLORIDA LIFESTYLE, HE SHOWED ME HOW I YOU HAVE ME VENTS CLEANED.

I THOUGHT HE AND HIS MEN WERE TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPLETELY FAIR WITH PRICING. THANKS FOR KEEPING ME COOL! BOBBY BRADY

I had several air conditiong companies come out and price the repair or replacement of my A/C unit. Some were several thousand dollars. I didn't know at the time that a lot of these technicans worked on commission. When David Jones came to my home he told me I did not need a new system for probably four years, he gave me a fair price and when he fixed it, it stayed firxed. His service techs were clean and very kind and seemed to know exactly what they were doint. As a single women I felt very safe and felt this company was very fair and honest with me.
