Update on my case - I had to take Marc's Flooring & Cabinets, LLC to Small Claims Court January 7, 2015. The female owner forgot to put the words Chai Glaze on my bathroom vanity order of $3,127 and I had made a $2,000 down payment. The court ruled that because I had signed their invoice, the judge ruled in the favor of Marc's Flooring & Cabinets. My question what has happened to a business wanting to maintain a good reputation in the area he is doing business in the area of Collier Co.So buyer beware before you do any business with Marc's Flooring & Cabinets, please have an attorney read their invoice before you pay for any of the products they offer for sale at Marc's Flooring & Cabinets, LLC, 353 Airport Pulling Road, Naples, FL. I speak from experience as I lost my $2,000 deposit on a new master bathroom vanity as one of the owners omitted the words "Chai Glaze" from their own sample in their place of business. It is a sad world that you cannot have the confidence in a business to make something right when they clearly made the mistake in placing the order.

I gave Marc's Flooring a personal check of $2,000 deposit on a master bathroom vanity costing over $3100 plus and the vanity came in it was the WRONG COLOR of white not the Cream Color of their very own sample in Marc's Flooring. I never looked st the back of the sample when ordering but when the vanity came it was the WRONG COLOR. Length was short by 3 1/2 inches. Andy was nice before I gave him money then turned into a man who doesn't return your call. Replies to written reviews by stating untruths.I have not received my $2,000. Mr Nichols is also violating the law by his hand written piece of paper scotch taped to his wall if you use a credit card, you will be charged 3.5 percent surcharge. This practice us a direct violation of the law. Only 10 states FORBID surcharge on credit cards and the state of FLORIDA is included in this list.Save yourself this grief, go anywhere else for his products.

Andy was the nicest guy in the world until he got my money. He misordered all of the cabinets, pieces inside missing, wrong height, unfinished ends where ends were supposed to be finished. Screws showing through the ends that are finished, making them worthless. This kitchen is a mess. His assistant, Shane is totally incompetent. Walked off job when he figured out that nothing was as it is supposed to be and the kitchen couldn't even be put together, as nothing fit on the walls. BUYER BEWARE!

Andy was so helpful and full of knowledge. You can really tell when you are dealing with an owner operated business. Andy really went out of his way to answer all of our questions like no other store would. You an tell he takes pride in what he does. The finished product is our dream kitchen which came out exactly as we envisioned it. I highly recommend you stop in and see for yourself. Thank you again Andy!!
