Client had a warranty on a wheel chair. Mobility Unlimited required payment for the repair. Ordered the wrong part twice then replaced the wheel chair with inferior and broken model that is too small. One month into negotiations the client is now developing a pressure ulcer from being cramped in the too small chair. Owner does not return calls, avoiding having to replace the wheel chair with correct size. BUYER BEWARE.
