I'll never deal with this clinic again. They don't explain anything to you about things. And they act like your just another number. I was thinking of using my VA benefit to help save money instead of buying insurance. Now I can see the customer service is out the damn window. Rude to people on the phone and just plain don't give a crap. Typical for underpaid Gov desk monkeys. It's too bad, I could have really used the savings through the VA. And I earned it. But if you can't trust someone then why would you put your health in their hands. Take my advice and find a different clinic.
