Problems. This company has lost lawsuits for fraud, hiring practices and deceptive use of liens.

I have had Naples Plastering to do work for myself recently. NP is very professional. Their Portfolio provides many Awesome homes that compliment the structure of any Exotic home. The workers are very polite and prompt. I would reccoment them to anyone.

mr mark tate senior owes me for almost 20 hours and says he owes me 73 dollars. that comes out to less than 4 dollars and hour. what bad business!!

Naples Plastering places liens on houses to protect owners as well as the contractors. Notice to Owner provides a notice service for customers, who wish to protect their lien rights. We prepare a document within statutory guidelines notifying the owner of their responsibility to ensure we get paid. We run a complete title search on the property where we are working. We send a copy to all parties we find that have an interest in the property.

After they were done we had to file a lawsuit to recover money for the damages. They were found guilty at trial of negligent hiring, theft and fraud. Very disappointing. Mark Tate has a practice of placing liens on homes of customers after he does inferior work, and then strong arming them into paying. I talked to other homeowners whose homes were also damaged, who said they paid because it was more expensive to not pay. The work was slow, they broke things in the home, stole from us and then lied under oath.
