Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Exemplary. Those are just a few words to describe the Entire Staff at Naples Nissan. I am so grateful to the staff for all that they did. Horrible experience with Sutherlin Nissan, but total opposite at Naples Nissan. They could definitely be a training site for how to do it all, with ease and Exemplary customer service. Mr. Walker, you have the crown jewels in your staff. Thank you!!

AVOID AT ANY COST. CON-ARTISTS AND THIEVES. I intended on buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I picked the vehicle and the financing arrangements were made. I was given a financing contract to sign that was for another vehicle of the same model but different color which I noticed before signing, thank God. I brought this to their attention and said this is not what I agreed to purchase. I demanded to see the vehicle on this contract that matches this VIN#. When they drove it up to me. It was a different color (green when I asked for the silver) and it had SEVERE WATER DAMAGE. I got upset and called them the "scumbags" that they were and needless to say I would not take a car from them if they offered it for free. Real low-lifes would only do something like this and try to get away with it and apparently this dealership has them.
