We went to ER after my husband fell. Was seen by PA who sent him for a cat scan of head arm and chest. We were out of the er I about one hour! Professional and friendly stall. Hospital was clean too!

This is the sorriest excuse for a hospital ever. My brother was a patient with a severe infection in his foot. His doctor prescribed an antibiotic drip at 5:30am. At 3:00pm there was still no-one qualified to insert his I.V. His nurse tried, others tried but no-one could do it. He sat there all day in pain with the bag of antibiotics sitting on the table next to him. One woman came in and tried to make him take Percosets. He refused, telling her they make him sick and she yelled at him. My brother walked out of the hospital (actually he hobbled out on crutches in severe pain). I called and spoke with his nurse. She admitted to not being able to insert his I.V. and said she had "called everyone short of the CEO to help and nothing". She also said this was the most under-staffed, under-qualified, hospital she's ever seen.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!! Someone could die waiting for a qualified person to administer medication.

Incredibly compassionate PA Michael Pisano. I was very concerned about my son and he listened and showed compassion and understanding. I could tell that he was a genuine person who truly cared about my son. I had to write this review. What a great ER experience....

My experience with this hospital was wonderful. Although I could see how the nurses could be considered unfriendly at times, the doctors that saw my father were excellent and even figured out his problems when the docs up north didn't.

Don't go there. They don't even answer the phone for someone out of state to inquire about a patient.

Don't bother calling the Emergency Room. They either hang up on you or tell you nobody by that name works there. (not true, it was the ER Physician.)

If you are hispanic beware they are not that nice, I was talked to like I had taken my child there for nothing, like if my visit was a joke. Even the doctor wasn't very nice. I felt ridiculed and couldn't wait to leave the place. Next time I'll be going to Naples community Hospital, much nicer.
