The front desk staff and management at the Naples Red Roof Plus & Suites location are the most racist, rude, inconsiderate set of people I have ever Had the displeasure of doing business with in my entire life including visits to third world countries. My family is Newly Retired from 30 years in the Medical Field. We relocated from Maryland and are in Naples awaiting the completion of our brand new estate home located less than a mile from their location. Upon walking into the location with out even so much as a greeting we were immediately racially profiled by Vincente who made us feel as if we were living in the George Wallace era in the south. I was totally disgusted but stayed due to the fact that it was located so close to our property and the fact that we are faithful redi rewards members. At one point while we were checking in Vincente cut in and had the representative stop checking us in pulled them from the computer after we had waited in line patiently for nearly 40 min and were half way checked in he proceeded to take over the computer to help someone else that had just arrived and he seemed to be apologetic to them that we were there to begin with. When he was done with them he helped two other sets of guests making us wait till the lobby was empty at the end of the line. He and his coworker Maria Lack in basic people skills!. Our entire stay after spending to the tune of thousands of dollars staying in suites we have received nasty looks and over heard their disrespectful comments, I was totally taken a back that this is still happening in America in 2020.
